*falls backwards as he tries to back away from Thor, his hands supporting his weight behind his back now and he is completely exposed to the other man, yet he just feels trilled and not at all scared or uncomfortable*

Oh I would gladly shut you up again but I could kick you in your tiny balls to serve that purpose too, so... I think it´s your decision.

*Loki stops backing away till Thor is really close to him and their lips nearly touch again, his green eyes staring into Thor´s gorgeous blue ones and Thor´s smirk nearly makes him kiss /and/ kick Thor´s balls at the same time*

//Who the hell allowed him to be so fucking handsome?! This is so unfair! It´s so fucking unfair to use this against me.//

*despite his whiney thoughts he keeps still, maybe inching a bit closer to Thor but definitely standing his ground, his eyes shooting glares at Thor saying "Come at me if you dare."*

*stands up and Mjolmir flies into his hand*

*he is about to pull Thor in for a kiss, totally getting excited by Thor´s behavior as the other suddenly sits up alarmed*

Thor what is it- I feel someone...

*he frowns and gets up, body tensed and his skin loaded with magic, ready to defend himself and Thor, he shoots a glare at Thor as the Thunderer commands him to stay back and he is right on Thor´s heels, yet keeping his distance from Mjolmir*

What the-

*he gasps as Vollstag suddenly appears and now he can sense Sif, Hogun and Farndral too; his face turns into a cold mask as he sees the warriors, his mind completely clear now*

//The scepter is still hidden by my magic, that´s good. Let´s see what happens...//


°Farndral°
*skipping behind Vollstag, Farndral peeks at Thor and Loki with his usual cheeky smile*

There you two are! Finally found cha. We asked Heimdal where you´ve been hiding Thor and he couldn´t really answer us...something about too much magic around you. Oh and he said you were injured so we came to your rescue and pick you up.


°Sif°

Thor!! Are you alright? Where did that snake stab you again?

*she shoots a poisonous glare at Loki*

°Thor°
*stares at them taken aback*
*laughs*
It's not that bad! I'm fine!
You shouldn't have come you're going to get trouble!

*smiles at Sif*
Don't worry Sif I'm alright.

Loki didn't do anything!
*stands before him almost protectively*
More the contrary. He healed my wounds.

°Loki°

*he stays behind Thor as the other stands in front of him, totally fine with the fact that Thor is actually protecting him from his own friends*

*a sly smirk curled his lips and he loved how the anger rose up in the warrior´s faces, except Hogun´s since he was always calm as a lake*

//Gosh if they would have caught me and Thor kissing, that would have been my end. And probably Thor´s second exile.//

*she pulls out her sword and tries to get a hold of Loki, anger flushing her pretty face but Farndral holds her back*


°Fardral°

*as Sif wants to attack Loki he quickly grabs her wrist and holds her back*

My Lady Sif calm down. We are here to take them back to Asgard remember? Oh and Thor, I am sorry but we were worried about you and told your father, King Odin everything about your plan. But~ before you get all worked up on it he said he will forgive you if you bring the scepter to Asgard so...do you have it?

*he looks between Thor and Loki, eyes wide with excitement*

Ah and we have a little present for your brother...Volstagg?


°Volstagg°

*the fat broad warrior pulls out a set of chains and metal mask, something very familiar to Loki*

Got you a little present Loki.

*he grins and Sif smirks*


°Loki°

*as Loki sees the oh so familiar chains and mask he groans in agony and grabs Thor´s shoulder, feeling his power fading again*

//Shit!! I should have rested more...This is all draining me so much. Gosh can´t they just disappear again? I can´t even make myself invisible right now.//

°Loki°

*he looks up at Thor, his eyes screaming to let him go, let him run away from the warriors and make Thor run with him but he stays and just releases a soft sight*

Whatever brother...but you own me a bubble bath now and you feeding me all of the most delicious sweets in Asgard!

*he whispers, nearly hisses the last sentence to Thor and let the scepter appear in his hand, slowly handing it over to Thor with a heavy heart yet he is kind of happy he can give it over because he is tired of fighting, tired of all this and all he wants is to be back in warm strong arms that hold him away from the nine worlds and everything around*


°Fandral°

*his mouth drops open as Loki actually hands the scepter over without putting up a fight and he nearly would have agreed to let Loki come with them without chains but the angrily huffing Lady Sif at his side even scares him*


°Sif°

Thor are you kidding me? He is a traitor and he would throws us all off a cliff just to get what he wants. And he is still a prisoner and we will present him as a prisoner to Odin.

*she takes the chains from Volstagg and steps to Loki with a stern face, wrinkles on her forehead*

Hold him Volstagg, Hogun.

--*Volstagg and Hogun quickly step to Loki´s side and grab his arms and shoulders, holding him in place*--

*Sif puts Loki in chains and even puts the mask on his face*


°Loki°

//I am so tired of this all over again...//

*he stays still and doesn´t put up a fight as Volstagg and Hogun hold him in place while Sif puts the heavy chains on him, immediately he feels even weaker, the special metal blocking his magic and so his healing process that is still going on; all the time his eyes are fixed on Thor, he only doesn´t fight back because he doesn´t want to get that man in more trouble now, once he would have wanted that but not now, not after what happened in the last few hours*

//Who thought a kiss and a hug could change someone so much..//

*he finds Thor´s eyes with his and gives him a long, intense stare from tired, emerald eyes*

°Thor°
*smiles softly*
*whispers*
I'll make things right. I promise.
*takes the scepter*

*smiles softly which fades immetiately when his gets the chains and his expression becomes more bitter*
//It weakens him... he was already exhausted before that..//
*still doesn't fight the furious Sif and let it be*
//I'm sorry Loki.. I'm so sorry..//
*stares back at Loki apologetic but meaningful and determinded to prevent Loki from the prison*
*lays a hand onto Lokis back*
*what looks for the warrios as something casual has for Loki a deeper meaning, comforting and that he won't leave his side*


*looks in the round*
Okay then... Let's get this over with..

°Loki°

*he takes in Thor´s face, his eyes and his gaze while everything else fades out, his sight getting blurry at the edges from the loss of strength but he want admit any weakness in front of the other warriors so he keeps his back straight and his head held up high; as he feels Thor´s hand at his back he closes his eyes for a moment, leaning slightly into the touch he seemed to have been craving for so long*

//I will take you by your word Thor. You will be my freedom now so you better not mess it up...//


°Fandral°

Well then now that everyone is happy and ready-

*he shoots a look at Sif but turns away quickly again*

let´s let Heimdal get us back home.
HEIMDAL!! Can you see us!? Get us home!!

*his voice cuts through the silence of the woods*

--*and suddenly a loud thunder growls and the Bifrost takes all six figures and sucks them up to bring them back to Asgard; them, all the warriors and a chained up Loki stumble into the Bifrost where Heimdal greets them*--


°Heimdal°

Welcome back to Asgard. My prince, warriors.

*he bows his head and deactivates the Bifrost again, ignoring Loki*

°Thor°
*nods*
Thank you, Heimdall.
I assume father already knows that we are coming?


°Heimdal°
Yes my prince..



°Thor°
*looks at the others*
*takes a deep breath*
Let's go then...
*gives Loki a light nevous squeeze on the back*
*his hands getting sweaty*

°Loki°

*he would have said something sharp if he could have but the mask barely let him breath and so he just frowned and stumbled on with Thor and the warrior; only now he was aware that he was only in his pants and shirt and Thor still had his robe and cape on*

//Are they really so stupid and don´t ask what happens? Do they really think it was all my fault? Oh how often I got them out of deadly battles and never got a thanks.//

*he walks over the rainbow bridge, Hogun and Volstagg holding his chains on either side of him while Thor walks beside him, a sweaty hand at his back that is there to calm them both somehow*


°Sif°

King Odin is waiting for us. We got the command to bring you two back and he wants to see you right away. He is in the throne hall

*she keeps on walking, the castle getting closer*

--*The sun is already setting as they all finally arrive at the palace gates, Thor and Loki weary because they are both still injured and the warriors at their sides; they have marched in silence and now the gates open to let them inside Odin´s halls*--


°Loki°

*as they step into Odin´s halls he cringes inside, right now he hates this place; once he would have wanted to sit on that throne but now all he wanted to get that chains off him and crawl into a fluffy warm bed to lick and nurse his wounds like a beaten kitten*

°Odin°
*looks at Thor and Loki judging as they enter the hall*
Thor Odinson... Since when are you so rebelous?
Seems like Loki..
*looks at Loki coldly*
..rubs off on you Thor..


°Thor°
I didn't to anything bad, father.
I went out to prevent a war.


°Odin°
And you freed a prisoner!


°Thor°

*raises his voice*
A brother who brought disgrace to Asgard and killed lots of people!


°Thor°
He changed father! 
He got his punishment! Leave it alone now!
And fighting in war is not killing people?
On our hands stick as much blood as on his..
*pulls out the scepter and holds it in Odins direction*
We got you this, we prevended Asgard from a war and Loki was a great help on this mission! Without him I couldn't have done it!
I return you this but I ask you for one favor.
Let Loki out of that prison.
*the warriors gasping at this words*

Thor! Are you nuts??
You brainwashed him did you??!!
*yells at Loki*


°Thor°

*yells*
I am absolutely  in my right mind!
Without Loki I wouldn't stand here talking to you, without him I wouldn't even breath!
Loki saved my life AND he stayed by my side.
He could have run away, he could have taken the scepter, he could have let me die.
But he didn't.
Father you might not trust him, but trust at least me...

*massages his temple*
*sighs*

°Loki°

*they walks till they are in front of Odin, Loki is still holding his head up high in a mocking manner but he can feel his weakness deep in his bones and his eyelids are getting heavier by each minute passing; he listens carefully to Thor´s and Odin´s fight, he would want to say something really badly but he can´t and that annoying him even more, his faith once more in the hand of others and one of them clearly hating him, as even Sif gets into the quarrel he gets really annoyed and rolls his eyes*

//Brainwashed him, psh. More like he brainwashed me Lady Sif or I would not stand here and listen to this ridiculous fighting and shouting//

*suddenly he can feel someone approaching, his head turns to the side of Odin´s throne and his eyes lighten up, there, the queen Frigga steps to Odin´s side and rests a hand on the king´s arm*


°Frigga°

*she hears the shouting and fighting about her two sons and she decides it´s her time to enter, so she steps next to her husband and puts a hand on his hand in a calming manner*

Odin don´t fight with your son.

*she turns to Thor and a soft smile curls her lips, her eyes resting on Loki after*

Welcome back Thor my beloved son.
And Loki...I can barely sense your magic and yet you are covered in wounds that won´t heal. Something happened right? You must have gotten attacked. Thor, my sweet son would you mind telling us what happened and why exactly you aren´t wearing your clothes? I can sense a nasty magic on you...Loki must have healed you, isn´t that right?

*her voice is soft yet everyone hears it as she speaks, her might shining like a gentle, calming light all over the people in the room*


°Loki°

*as his mother´s eyes rest on him he feels like he could crumble right in front of her and every of his thought laid free, she can read in him like an open book now, seeing his weakness and his will to stay at Thor´s side; he acknowledges her with a nod of his head and his gaze sinks to the ground*

°Thor°
*a smile spreading on his face*

*nods thankful*
That's right.
*bows lightly*
*makes a quick look at Odin before resting his gaze on Frigga as he starts his story*


As you know we went to Vanaheim to get this scepter.
We sneaked into the castle and got the scepter without any problems. But then on our way back we met black clothed warriors. They didn't belong to Vanaheims soldiers and were probably behind this too because they attacked us immediately.
We beated them and fled out of the castle. I jumped with Loki through the window and flew with  Mjolmir towards the woods.
But suddenly I got hit by some strong black magic on my back and to be honest I only remember an intense pain and that we crashed into the woods. The magic burned down my armor like acid. Loki told me I was struggling between death and life. Loki healed my wounds even though he was drained out himself.. However the wound on my back seemed that bad that he need the help ot the scepter. He only used it for my wounds. Loki did left my side the whole time and cared for me. I told him to rest to because he was getting weaker and weaker. But he refused wanting to make sure my wounds were healing well.
I owe him my life.

°Loki°

*he turns to Thor, shooting him glares as he tells the story and of course has to say how he used the scepter and easily got might of it*

//Great Thor, you could have just told Odin I attacked you with the scepter. Moron...//

*but at the last words of Thor a soft look creeps in his eyes again and he lowers his head, not wanting to look at anyone and just being alone with his own thoughts and memories; he still can feel Frigga´s gaze on him but it is more comforting that intimidating*


°Frigga°

*she listens carefully to her sons words and nods slowly*

Your words are true, son. I can still feel that poison in your body and I can feel how weak Loki is. However you must hand over the scepter because it is a very mighty artifact.

//But Loki could use the scepter...so he must be its owner now, like Thor has Mjolmir the scepter now belongs to Loki. I don´t know if that is bad or good yet but at least nobody can use it now except him.//

Odin..

*she turns to the king and speaks to him*

I think you should give them both a chance. Thor still needs a healer and I can´t do it now, Loki´s magic is already accepter by his body and he needs more treatment. Also, if you don´t want both your sons to die you should let them take a rest and heal each other. Not only wounds by magic and weapons need to be healed...

°Thor°
Thank you for believing my word, mother.
*bows to her*
Of course..
*makes a few steps forward and lies the scepter down on one of the stairs in front of him before returning on Loki's side*
//My muscles are arching and I start to feel a bit dizzy... Only now I notice how depending I am on Lokis magic. It really seem like my wounds can't heal just like that.. but I refuse to get more treatment form Loki.. he's more than exhausted. I'll be strong... for my brother.//
*straightens and doesn't let anything show*


°Odin°
*listens carfully to Thors story and Friggas words*
*sighs*
Fine then...
I'll grand you wish.
Loki will be free, AS LONG you keep an eye on him.
If he causes any danger he will get back into his cell!
And Thor. Same goes for you!
*gives him a stern look*
You both may go rest now.
*nods*


°Thor°

*goes down on one of his knees and bows despite his arching muscles*
You have my gratitude.
Father. Mother.
*looks at the both of them thankful*
I'm aware of it and I will accept it.
*nods as they are allowed to leave*

*stands up*
*puts one hand on Lokis back gently*

°Loki°

*he groans slightly unwilling as Thor puts the scepter down in front of Odin but he can´t do anything anyway, his hands tied and his mouth kept shut by the hated chains, he can´t believe what he hears as Odin gives Thor his chance and let them both stay out of any cell or dungeon*

//Great I have my freedom but a guards dog by my side...even though that dog looks terribly exhausted. He needs rest again and he needs a bath and more treatment.//

*he bows his head towards his mother, coldly ignoring Odin on his throne and then he feels Thor´s hand at his back and his deep voice next to him; he nods slightly and turns around, walking stiffly and still al chained up beside Thor to the god´s chambers*

//I need to get this chains off!! They are blocking my magic, my strength. Oh how much I want to push Lady Sif off the highest tower of this palace right now.//

*he has a grim look on his face as they finally arrive at Thor´s chambers, sweat tickling down his neck from the exhaustion of keeping up his strong façade; he raised his tired wrists towards Thor and looks at the other, waiting*

°Thor°
*reaches his chambers with Loki*
*closes his door*
*comes closer to Loki and doesn't hesitate to take off his chains*
*takes off his mask*
*gently wipes a bit of drool from his mouth*
I'm sorry, borther..
You can go rest.
*points at his bed*
I'll prepare your the promised bath!
*smiles softly and goes to the bathroom*

°Loki°

*when Thor takes off his chains and mask he sighs deeply, his whole body nearly collapsing where he stands but he still keeps up on both legs, yet too tired to swat Thor´s hand away as he wipes his lips*

Get your thundering ass out of my sight-

*he groans out the words, rubbing his wrists; he is very thankful but he just hates those chains so much, he gets extremely grumpy now that he can show his emotions again*

//Sorry Thor, I don´t intend to be so sharp to you...//

*he closes his eyes for a moment, ignoring the huge bed, /Thor´s/ huge bed, and just keeps standing there is the dark light of Thor´s room, the thought of a nice bath filling his mind*

Thor! Before you go anywhere, be so sweet and give me my robe back.

*he actually just wanted to get Thor inside his reach to give him a dose of healing-magic, he could see that the god needs it desperately but is too stubborn to admit it*

°Thor°
*ignores Lokis sharp words*
//I know you're mad at me.. please forgive me brother.//
*stops in his tracks*
I thought you wanted me to throw it away after?
*frowns*
Fine.. I'll wash it and give it to you after.. Go rest Loki.
*continues his way to the bathroom*

°Loki°

*frowns deeply as his plan goes wrong and taps after Thor*

No you- by the nine! You idiotic, stubborn, extremely dumb, overly dramatic moron of a god!!

*he makes his legs move to follow Thor, stumbling as his legs nearly collapse under him and he grips on Thor´s shoulder for support, breathing heavily*

Ah shit! Stupid, stupid Sif and her chains. I will put snakes in her bed and spiders in her closet...

*his nails dig into Thor´s shoulder while he tries to catch himself again, yet letting his magic touch the wound on Thor´s back, easing the pain and weariness from the blond god*

°Thor°
Says the right one! Loki go rest will you! You stubborn brat!
*also starts to quarrel*
*catches him surprised*

*widenes his eyes as he feel the magic flood his body again*
*a silent moans escapes his lips*

*grabs his hand on his shoulder and pulls it away*

*he leans heavily against Thor, his eyes still closed but his breathing has calmed down a bit*

*suddenly his eyes fly open as Thor releases a silent moan and he grabs his hand, ripping him out of his concentration from letting his magic heal Thor but he already pushed enough of his magic inside Thor to let the blond heal for a while without his touch*

*he grumbles on, yet sinking into the embrace of the other and inhaling the heavy scent of him, the tension in his muscles easing*

I want my bath now...not later. I will make sure you prepare it right.

*grumbles annoyed*

*goes to the huge bathtube and fills it with water*
*takes off Lokis robe folds it and puts it aside to wash it later*
*digs his arme into the water to feel the temperature*
*goes to one of his shelfs and takes out one of the bubble baths*

*pures some in side the tube*
*puts his arm into the water again and stirs the bubble bath into the water*
*his butt swaying from side to side from the movements he makes his upper body bowed down to the water and his golden hair falling down from his shouders*
